💼 Position: Field Application Engineer
🚀 Your Mission: As one of our Field Applicaiton Enfineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and seizing new opportunities to propel our business forward. Your mission involves collaborating closely with our RFQ team and managing the RFI/RFQ process through three key steps:
- Feasibility & Cost Study
- Offer to the Customer (with KAM/GAM)
- Launch Project in Conjunction with Nominated Project Manager
🌟 Your Main Responsibilities:
- Promote EFI’s Technologies: Showcase our cutting-edge technologies and product portfolio, defending existing projects and exploring new possibilities.
- RFQ Process Management: Lead the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process, crafting the most appropriate technical responses with support from EFI’s technical team.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development department to construct and propose EFI account strategies.
- Global Account Management: Collaborate with the Global Account Manager/Key Account Manager (GAM/KAM) to secure new business and achieve Group turnover objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with current and potential EFI Key Customers.
- Technical Query Handling: Skillfully manage customer’s technical questions and requests.
- Frequent travel to Germany is to be expected
🌐 Your Profile:
- Engineering Expertise: Hold an engineering degree in mechanical and/or electronic disciplines.
- Experience: Boast a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and German
- Interpersonal Prowess: Possess excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
