Position Responsibilities :

Responsible for the development of required documentation to support new product launches.

Serve as the “Gatekeeper” to ensure all steps are completed and documented in the appropriate order.

Support the DFMEA and PFMEA and insure effectiveness of corrective actions.

Investigate opportunities for improvement and reduction of costs (e.g. troubleshooting and root cause analysis).

Conduct and document training to site personnel as required to support new product introductions.

Interface closely with Engineering to ensure flawless Product Launches.

Review new product introduction process for completeness and adequacy to AIAG, Electricfil & Customer standards.

Evaluate techniques and instructions in site documentation, and implements changes as needed.

Work to improve IMTE hardware and software; as well as fixtures used at site to support new introductions

Position Requirements

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, PLUS two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related position.

Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of:

PFMEA; MSA; APQP; PPAP; SPC; ISO 9001:2015 + IATF 16949:2016

Quality Management System; Product & Process Auditor

Corrective & Preventive Actions; Quality Management Review

Part Approval Document Submission; Develop Supplier Quality Management Systems

Process Capability Studies; Process & Procedure Document Creation

Customer Specific Requirements Gap Analysis

Management of Customer Portal
