• Perform plastic injection press programming and parameters set-up.

• Develop plastic injection process principles with EFDM and EFC team.

• Manage the set-up of injection molding machine and equipment including dryer, chiller, robot, etc.

• Responsible for molds maintenance and modifications follow-up, mold trials and set-up on machine.

• Responsible for safety and suppliers monitoring during machines set-up in EFDM.

• Support maintenance team in case of concern that maintenance department cannot fix.

• Train operators and supports on new equipment (safety and working operations).

• Support problem solving and continuous improvement projects and events.

• Responsible for Mold development.

• Interface with management and all levels of personnel within the organization.

• Four (4) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related role.

• Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of:
