Position Responsibilities :

Perform plastic injection press programming and parameters set-up.
-
Develop plastic injection process principles with EFDM and EFC team.
-
Manage the set-up of injection molding machine and equipment including dryer, chiller, robot, etc.
-
Responsible for molds maintenance and modifications follow-up, mold trials and set-up on machine.

Responsible for safety and suppliers monitoring during machines set-up in EFDM.
-
Support maintenance team in case of concern that maintenance department cannot fix.

Train operators and supports on new equipment (safety and working operations).

Support problem solving and continuous improvement projects and events.

Responsible for Mold development.

Interface with management and all levels of personnel within the organization.

Position Requirements

Four (4) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related role.
